To provide empowerment programs, development training, and community services that inspire our volunteers, youth, and communities to become productive citizens and community leaders.
Is to reinvent the wheel and restore the roots that empowered our youth and communities in the past to now be productive citizens in the world today, tomorrow, and generations to come.

The R.O.Y.O service journey began to target youth ages 5-12, teens 13-19, young adults 21-25, and south suburban communities in the Chicagoland area in 2012 through dance.
Incorporating in Oct 0f 2020 during COVID was important to us because the call to help was louder than ever. Our future goal is to reach developing communities around the world.
It is our mission and vision to restore the youth & communities, fighting back against generational hardships like deprivation of equality, economic success, and social justice.

R.O.O.T.S. is also an acronym we use to reflect the values of our organization. Our dedicated staff and volunteers are encouraged to embody these values every day.
We are looking for dedicated leaders with a strong desire to improve the lives of our community members. Are you ready to make a difference?
