Chairmen
Dontrail Evans, a proud father, is a certified life coach, social entrepreneur, and community impact leader who studied Business Administration at Lewis University. He is the Founder and CEO of Restoring Our Youth Organization, Inc. and N’Depth Diversity Dance Team, bringing over 15 years of leadership experience across retail, logistics, government, and transportation management while remaining deeply committed to empowering youth and strengthening communities.

Jasmine Wilson
Vice Chair
Jasmin Wilson is a Dance Educator with five years of experience serving students in Park Forest and Chicago Public Schools. She holds a BFA in Dance from the University of Illinois at Urbana‑Champaign and an M.Ed. in Elementary Education from Loyola University Chicago, and is currently pursuing her PhD in Education Policy at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Jasmin is deeply committed to nonprofit work that addresses systemic inequities and empowers communities

Kaleea Evans
Secretary of the Board
Kaleea Evans has served as a volunteer leader for over five years with R.O.Y.O. A Human Resources Business Partner by profession, she brings a people‑centered approach to leadership, volunteer engagement, and organizational development. Kaleea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Public Relations, and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, with emphases in Training & Development and Organizational Management.

Jeffrey Humphrey Jr.
Board Director
Jeffrey Humphrey Jr. holds a B.A. in Music Education and brings experience as a Band Director, Program Director, Nonprofit Youth Coach, and musician with over 20 years of performance experience. Deeply shaped by community support throughout his life, Jeffrey is passionate about giving back and investing in the next generation so the cycle of mentorship and growth continues. He enjoys creating music, and exploring history and culture with family.

Jennifer David
Board Director
Jennifer David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from North Park University and brings over 14 years of experience in third‑party logistics. She is the owner of J&J Entertainment and Arts, where she coordinates events and creates original artwork. Passionate about youth development. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, Jasmine.

Crystal Clark
Board Director
Crystal Clark holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and works as a HEDIS Overreader, with professional experience in program management, quality analysis, medical case management, and human resources. She is passionate about nonprofit service and making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. Crystal is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and enjoys traveling, event planning, and spending time with family and friends.
