Dontrail Evans C.L.C, B.A., is the Founder of & Chief Executive Director of Restoring.Our.Youth.Organization Inc., a community-influenced non-profit organization dedicated to empowering, developing, and serving local youth. Born and raised in Harvey, IL, Dontrail's childhood experiences, which he calls his "ups and downs walk," instilled in him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by today's youth. Raised in a single-mother home, he took on responsibilities at a young age, overcoming hurdles that have shaped him into a relatable and positive figure for young people. Guided by mentors and impactful programs, Dontrail has channeled his experiences into a commitment to uplift others.

Dontrail's journey as a dancer and leader began at the age of five, entertaining his family in his grandmother's living room. Hosting imaginative dance shows and talk shows with his loved ones ignited his passion for performance and leadership. Since the 5th grade, Dontrail's exceptional talent for hip hop dance, fostered by his mother – a pillar of the community – has been evident. 

From the age of 16, Dontrail has led youth groups, young adults, and communities. His experiences as a leader and father to his daughter Zipporah, coupled with his diverse achievements, have inspired him to dedicate his life to serving today's youth, young adults, and communities. He aspires to encourage young people to become productive citizens for generations to come, understanding their needs because he was once in their shoes. After years of dedicated work, and with the support of his community, friends, and family, Dontrail founded Restoring.Our.Youth.Organization Inc. to answer that call for help.
