Tinikka is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician. Currently, she works at a leading hospital in Chicago, IL, where she teaches Oncology Providers, Clinicians, Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Technicians. Passionate about education and innovation, Tinikka enjoys inventing, thrifting, and sharing knowledge. As a single mother of two daughters, she balances her career and personal life with resilience and creativity.

We're looking for awesome young leaders, ages 6-18, to be the voice of their peers! We'll give them all the tools and resources they need to work together as a leadership team and make a real difference, all while having a blast.
