A True VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION

Our community mentors are the gate keepers of their designated community. They are the bridge between their designated community and the Restoring.Our.Youth.Organization. The community mentors also serve as a point person regarding mentoring and developing our youth to be productive citizens. They wear our values on their selves. volunteers needed

The Staff members of the Organization are fun and energetic members that will be responsible for:

• Editing material and content for the organization.
• Providing assistance in meetings and orientations.
• Being ambassadors of the Organization.
• Etc.

The  Marketing, Public Relations Coordinator(s) are responsible for developing and maintaining the public images of the organization. This may involve promoting press releases, maintaining a social media presence and arranging public appearances, marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars. Volunteer workers assist in all volunteer services. Volunteer workers are on call for any  volunteer work that is needed to be fulfilled by the organization. (A full position description will be available to those interested in this position).

The advisor assists the organization in formulating long-range goals and in planning and initiating short term projects. The advisor is a resource person, and evaluates projects, performance and progress. The advisor offers guidance by reviewing goals, objectives, and the progress of the organization. The organization's goal is to launch a full advisory committee (A full position description will be available to those interested in this position).

The program assistant provides support to members working on a project and provides administrative support to the organizations leadership board for the creation of projects. (A full position description will be available to those interested in this position).

The Dance Program Director will oversee all operations of the Dance teams. The Dance program director will take partner with the Program Coordinator to ensure all operations are effectively implemented with efficiency and strong leadership strategies.
