Our Growth and Impact Strategy is designed to challenge our volunteer staff and leaders to remain in a space of examining our big picture. Our big picture focuses on the growth & impact that we achieve in each of our target communities. Apart of our mission is to target every vulnerable south suburban community of Chicago IL. We cannot grow or make a positive impact in any of our target communities without the help of our volunteer staff and leaders.
